Hi, I’m Emily.
I have always loved art and have frequently said:
“If I’m not making something, I am dead or close to it”.
Most recently I was the Digital Experience Designer for Fleet Farm.
I have extensive experience working in customer service, particularly in the home-improvement retail space.
This has given me a unique insight into how decisions behind the scenes affect the customer’s experience.
My education in video game design allows me to effortlessly communicate between different teams, both creative and business-oriented.
At the end of the day, everyone is happier when things run smoothly. My goal is to be the person who makes that happen.

Design Philosophy
My background in game design has shaped my approach significantly. When designing any interface or experience, I imagine the end user is a “player”. I focus on ensuring the “game” has clarity in tasks, accessible features, and a sense of fulfillment upon completion.
